About Beth

Beth brings proven expertise in leadership development, executive coaching and leadership team effectiveness to her clients. With over 25 years of experience, she honed her business acumen as an executive coach, management consultant, and HR leader, working with companies across a broad range of industries and stages - from startups through Fortune 100 companies.

Beth enjoys working with leaders who are facing a critical change – in their organization, team, or role – and want to invest in themselves, building their leadership capacity.  Her work with clients focuses on scaling impact, expanding influence, building more effective relationships, and strengthening overall leadership capability and effectiveness.  She loves to support leaders in finding new ways of leading that also bring more ease and joy to their day-to-day work. 

She brings deep experience in designing and delivering customized executive coaching and leadership development programs, both 1:1 and for teams. Additionally, Beth is a Chief Core guide, coaching groups of women executives at Chief (www.chief.com).  She also works with executives who are preparing for Board roles and actively seeking Board placements.
