My approach
I know proven coaching methodologies, frameworks and tools and how to apply them. I also know when to deviate from them so that leaders can get the most value from the coaching work. I help leaders create concrete action plans focused on future success and accomplishment and business impact.
Sometimes I ask the tough questions. Sometimes I share observations and intuition about patterns I’m noticing. Sometimes I share experiences – first-hand, or second-hand – that may help leaders get clarity and motivation.
